A Dreamer Grows Up

Hey... what are you thinking?

“I’ve been thinking about my dreams,”

So, tell me… what’s in your dream?

“I was up there, in the sky, among the clouds… but it was all blurry,”

Try to close your eyes. Can you see it?

Don’t be afraid of a dream that’s bigger than you… with your wings, you can soar above the sky... from clouds to clouds, strokes by strokes.

“Do you think I can make it up there someday?”

Of course. As long as you believe, there will be no skies that you can’t reach.

She was once a dreamer.

When she knows nothing of how evil life is.

She used to dream about her life the whole night, the whole week, the whole year.

Even if they thought her a bit mad, she didn’t care.

Nothing could hold her back.

And then, reality just slaps her really hard.

She finally realizes all the boundaries life built for her.

Lack of belief within herself, fear of the unknown,

negative assumptions, anxiety, no support from her families,

It keeps her far… away from her dream.

Now, she lives in all that boundaries,

And wonders what happened with all her dreams.
